I know this region like the back of my hand. I grew up here, went to high school here, and studied at both universities here. Idaho Falls. Rexburg. Rigby. Blackfoot, Island Park, Ashton, St. Anthony, Pocatello, Driggs, Preston. The whole Snake River Plain, the Upper Valley, the Portneuf Valley and everywhere in between — I've run businesses and have associations in practically all of these places. It's in my blood.
What I love most is running into people I've crossed paths with — a quick handshake at the mall, a head nod, a "what's up bro." That's what makes this place different. That's what makes it real.

Ryan Hatch specializes in residential real estate, commercial properties, commercial & residential property management, and the buying and selling of businesses across Idaho. With deep roots in East Idaho, Ryan has built his career around understanding the local market, developing businesses, and structuring deals that create long term value.
Raised in the region and now raising his own family here, Ryan knows Idaho Falls, Rexburg, Rigby, Blackfoot, Pocatello, and the surrounding areas inside and out. His experience extends beyond real estate, having built and operated multiple businesses across East Idaho — a background that provides a unique advantage when evaluating opportunities, negotiating terms, and guiding clients through complex real estate and business transactions.
Ryan holds a Master of Business Administration from Idaho State University and a bachelor's degree from BYU Idaho. His professional background includes business development, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate investment, allowing him to approach each deal with both a strategic and practical perspective.
